PRO MAINTECH CONSULTANCY INC. is the new company name of the former CMMS &
MAINTENANCE CONSULTANCY established in 1998 which is now registered in the
Security & Exchange with Company Registration No. 245-719-243-000 on May 31, 2006. It
is organized primarily to engage in the development and implementation of Computerized
Maintenance Management System ( CMMS) including consultancy on maintenance system,
audit, evaluation, formulation of corrective actions & strategies, implementation of
productivity and quality management programs. Later, the company expanded to include
trading of analytical, medical , dental and biomedical equipment, supplies and consumables.
This section was managed by one of the directors with more than 35 years experience and
expertise in Analytical Chemistry Laboratory. The articles of incorporation for additional
function of the company was amended by SEC on Feb. 8, 2013.
